Spans the complete width of the house and is totally screened. The 30' x 14' heated pool is positioned to make maximum use of the pool deck and continuous sunshine. This area has an Occasional Table, Chairs and Padded Sun Loungers and floodlights in the pool to allow it to be used at night. The location of the pool area is superb, overlooking the lake to the side and woodlands to the rear. It is serviced and cleaned weekly.
